- How long do licenses last? The site offers licenses with a defined validity of 6 months, 1 year, or 3 years. This is the time during which they remain active and functional, counted from the purchase date. We no longer offer perpetual licenses, except by special quotation for universities.
- What does “maximum number of projects during the validity” mean? It is the maximum number of new projects that can be started during the validity period. When the validity ends, any unused remaining projects are automatically forfeited and cannot be renewed, refunded, or recovered.
- What does “updates included with restrictions” mean? When a new version is released, if your license is still valid, you will have the option to complete the validity period with the same version, or to update at no cost for the remaining time, but with modifications to one or more conditions, such as reducing the number of remaining projects or allowed devices. This is because we use third-party services, especially AI query services, and we do not know at what cost or under what requirements they will be offered in the future.
- What does “no automatic renewal” and “no cancellation required” mean? It means that you only make one payment for the validity period, and at the end of that period, no automatic renewal will occur, and therefore no additional charge will be made to your card. 5. Payment Methods
